Copper is a 1986 American Saddlebred registered as "Suprising News." He is usually the first horse that riders will learn on at Arbordale. He has a very sweet personality and a very easy-going trot and canter. He is very much a favorite of many of our younger riders.
Copper is sired by Penny's Superior Stonewall and is out of Reedann's Fara. When not teaching lessons, Copper loves to be hand grazed out in our field. His favorite treats are carrots and peppermints and the occasional orange popsicle.
